Short Description

The upper end of the lifting shaft of the hardness tester is equipped with a ball seat, which is used to adjust and fix the test ball. During the test, first manually contact the thickness gauge with the ping-pong ball, manually reset to zero, then apply a fixed 50N load. After 15 seconds, manually read the value, and the lifting shaft returns to its original position. Rotate the ball smoothly by 180° and test it in the same way. Then calculate the hardness difference between the two readings.
